摘要
目前国内对甲状腺癌的整体诊疗水平尚不平衡,本文对临床热点问题如甲状腺结节与甲状腺癌的处理,术前诊断准确性的提高,分化型甲状腺癌的危险评估,甲状腺原发肿瘤和颈淋巴结转移灶的处理,内科核医学治疗和内分泌治疗等逐一分析,结合国内外之进展,提出符合国内诊疗特点的相应策略,供同行参考。
The whole level of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid carcinoma remains imbalanced in China and there are some controversial problems in this area. In this article, the relevant hot topics were discussed including how to im- prove the diagnostic accuracy; the management of thyroid nodules related with thyroid cancer; the risk assessment of differ- entiated thyroid carcinoma; the surgical principle for local and lymph node metastasis; and radioiodine and endocrine therapy. We analyzed these aspects in an effort of summarizing the current situation of the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer and proposing the corresponding strategies.
