摘要
从复合式超声波电动机的结构入手，对其进行了分类，定性分析了不同结构超声波电动机的工作原理及其特性，并对纵－扭复合式超声波电动机设计中的关键问题进行剖析，为电机的结构设计提供理论依据。
The article classified hybrid ultrasonic motors based on their structures,analized the working principles and charactcrs of different ultrasonic motors qualitatively.Futhermore,the article dissected key points in designing of jump-twist hybrid type ultrasonic motors and provided theretical basis for the constructional design of the motor.
