摘要
为减少输电线路外力破坏和提高输电线路安全运行,介绍了基于PC/104工控机、MPEG-4视频压缩模块和3G无线传输模块的远程无线视频监控系统的设计与实现.文章详述了视频监控系统的框架结构,监控终端各功能模块的软、硬件设计和实现,以及监控中心的软件设计.实验结果表明:该系统实现了远程实时视频监控功能,并可远程控制监视范围及方向,在室外无人值守等场所已得到良好的应用.
In order to reduce factitious damage of transmission lines and improve the safe operation,the article describes the design and implementation of remote wireless video monitoring system based on PC/104,MPEG-4 video compression module and 3G wireless transmission module.The article describes the framework of video monitoring system,the design and implementation of software and hardware of each functional module,as well as the software design of monitoring center in detail.It was proved by the experimental results that the system realized the functions of real-time remote video monitoring and controlling of remote monitor scope and direction,and had a good application in the outdoor unattended areas.
