摘要
从山东省东营、日照、潍坊、聊城等地区肉种鸡群采集102份有肿瘤病变的病、死鸡肝脏样品,用特异性核酸探针对样品进行马立克氏病病毒(Marek's disease virus,MDV)、网状内皮组织增生症病毒(Reticuloendotheliosis vi-rus,REV)、鸡传染性贫血病病毒(Chicken anemia virus,CAV)检测。结果显示,MDV、REV、CAV的检出率分别为88.24%、79.41%、47.06%,且存在严重的共感染现象,三重感染检出率达30.39%;二重感染检出率为59.80%,以MDV和REV共感染检出率最高,为44.12%;单一感染和阴性个体仅占3.92%和1.96%。结果表明,多种免疫抑制性病毒的共感染已普遍存在,是目前肿瘤性疾病发病率日趋上升的重要流行病学因素之一。
The liver samples of 102 chickens with phymatosis were collected from flocks of broiler breeder at Dongying,Rizhao,Weifang,Liaocheng in Shandong province,then dot blot hybridization was used to detect Marek′s disease virus(MDV),reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV) and chicken anemia virus(CAV).The results show that the detection rate of the three viruses are 88.24%(MDV),79.41%(REV) and 47.06%(CAV) respectively,and the co-infection is very serious.The ratios of triple infection,single infection and negative are 30.39%,14.71% and 0.98%,respectively,and the dual infection is 59.80%,among which the detection rate of the MDV and REV is higher than others,about 44.12%.In conclusion,the co-infection of the immunodepressive viruses has already been universal,and it is one of the most important epidemiologic factor of the rising incidence in neoplastic disease now.
