摘要
介绍了铁矿石生产运输管理系统的软硬件结构以及管理运行模式。系统由称重及品位计算模块、车牌识别模块和管理模块组成,运用智能自动识别技术,实现井下机车的车载质量、速度、体积及矿石的品位值的实时动态显示,并与巷道中车号、司机和川脉号信息关联。该系统优化了井下铁矿石生产运输管理,可及时指导生产运输管理。
Iron ore production and transportation management system was introduced.Its hardware,software and management operation pattern were especially researched.With integration of three modules,the calculation module for weighing and grade,the recognition module for license plates and the management module,and application of automatic identification technology,the management system was capable of real-time dynamically displaying of load,velocity and volume of locomotive and the grade of ore.The system was also correlated to the tunnel locomotive number,the driver and the mountain number with it.So the system optimized the iron ore production and transportation management,and can therefore be used to guide the production and transportation of iron ore.
