摘要
以黄瓜、新鲜牛乳为原料,配以蔗糖、酸味剂、稳定剂、香精等辅料进行乳酸菌发酵,经调配后采用无菌灌装,生产出一种具有黄瓜香气味的黄瓜乳酸菌饮料。
