摘要
采用光学融合的方法设计了一款用于手持的可见光与红外双波段热像仪。红外热像仪中使用320×240非制冷焦平面探测器,像元间距为25μm,该系统工作波段为8~12μm,红外光学系统焦距为95 mm,视场为4.8°×3.6°。可见光系统物镜焦距为142 mm,视场为6°。OLED显示的热图像与可见光物镜像通过光学融合后,由公共的目镜观察。整个热像仪尺寸约为182 mm×160 mm×55 mm,具有良好的实用性。
In this paper,A dual waveband handheld thermal imager with optical fusion is designed.A 320×240 uncooled infrared starring focal plane arrays with the pitch of 25 μm is used in the thermal imager with operating waveband of 8~12 μm.The effective focal length(EFL) of infrared optical system is 95mm and the corresponding field of view(FOV) is 4.8°×3.6°.The objective of visible system is designed with the EFL of 142 mm and the FOV of 6°.The infrared video image displayed by an OLED and the visible image are observed through the common eyepiece by means of optical fusion.The handheld thermal imager is about 182 mm×160 mm×55 mm and can be used in many military and civil applications.
