摘要
目的比较单纯显微镜下翼状胬肉切除加巩膜暴露法,带蒂结膜瓣转移术,翼状胬肉头部转位埋入法,三种手术方法治疗翼状胬肉效果。方法对我院2006~2009年行翼状胬肉的68例80只眼进行回顾性分析,随访3个月~4年,比较其复发率。结果显微镜下单纯翼状胬肉切除加巩膜暴露法42只眼,术后复发6眼,复发率15%;带蒂结膜瓣转移术29只眼,无1例复发;胬肉头部转位埋入法9眼2眼复发,复发率23%。结论显微镜下翼状胬肉切除加带蒂结膜瓣转移术,不失为一种简单易行疗效确切治疗翼状胬肉的手术方法。
Objective To compare the effects of three surgical methods for treatment of pterygiurn such as pterygium excision simply under microscope and sclera exposure,transfer conjunctival flap with pedicle,transposition pterygium head buried.Methods Analysis retrospectively of 80 pterygium eyes of 68 cases in our hospital 2006~2009,follow up these three months^four years,and compare relapse rate.Results There are 6 recurrence cases in the 42 cases of pterygium excision under microscope and sclera exposure,and relapse rate is 15%.There is no recurrence case in the 29 cases of transfer conjunctival flap with pedicle.There are 2 recurrence cases in the 9 cases of transposition pterygium head buried,and relapse rate is 23%.Conclusion The method of pterygium excision under microscope and transfer conjunctival flap with pedicle is a simple,easy,exact curative effect surgical method for treatment of pterygium.
