摘要
目的探讨氟西汀合并喹硫平治疗强迫症的疗效。方法对60例强迫症患者随机分为氟西汀组和氟西汀合并喹硫平组,疗程8周。采用耶鲁布朗强迫量表(Y-BOCS)评定疗效。结果两组Y-BOCS评分显著下降,合并喹硫平组更明显。结论氟西汀合并喹硫平治疗强迫症可以提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of fluoxetine combining wih quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods A total of 60 patients with obsessive compulsive disorder were randomly treated with fluoxetine only or fluoxetine combining with quetiapine.The efficacy was measured with Yale-Browm obsessive compulsive scale(Y-BOCS).Results There were significant differences between two groups in the reducing rate of Y-BOCS.Conclusion It is suggested that fluoxetine combining with quetiapine could improve efficacy in the treatment of obessive compulsive disorder.
