摘要
目前酒钢不锈钢厂热轧工序层流冷却系统对板带温度控制的精确度不够,导致带钢性能不符合要求。为了提高目标卷取温度的精度,获得组织性能和机械性能优良的带钢,对酒钢不锈钢热轧厂设备进行改造,通过分析层流冷却控制系统的变量和几种控制模型,并结合本厂实际情况建立了控制系统的数学模型。
Due to the inaccuracy caused by laminar cooling system of hot rolled work procedure in JISCO Stainless Steel Plant,the performance of strip steel can’t meet the demand.In order to improve the accuracy of coiling temperature,and get a kind of strip steel which has excellent structure and mechanical properties,through the analysis of variables and several control models about laminar cooling system,a control system’s mathematical model has been established according to the practical situation of the factory and it is desired to be applied to improving the equipment of JISCO Stainless Steel Plant.
