基于FAST的精纺毛织物硬挺度风格的测试研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用FAST织物风格仪对精纺毛织物在小应力作用下的拉伸、弯曲和压缩性能进行测试,并采用主成分分析和多元线性回归的方法对测试得到的小应力作用下的基本力学性能指标和专家评定的精纺毛织物的硬挺度值进行分析,得出反映精纺毛织物基本力学性能的4个主因子,建立了4个主因子与硬挺度之间的关系式,从而为精纺毛织物硬挺度的客观评价提供了依据. The tensile,bending and compression performance of worsted fabric with minimum stress are tested by using FAST fabric style instrument,then the index of basic mechanical performance which are measured by FAST and the fabric′s stiffness which are obtained by experts with much experience are analyzed by principal component analysis and multiple linear regression.Finally,four main factors which reflect worsted fabric′s basic mechanical performance,and the relationship of the four main factors and the stiffness are obtained.It provides the basis for objective evaluation of the worsted fabric stiffness.
