氟对黄牛细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨氟对牛体的免疫毒性及饲料添加硒铜镁对氟性免疫毒性的保护作用.选择宁夏青铜峡市一般条件下饲养的高氟地区黄牛 32 头,饲料添加硒、铜或硒铜镁,另选非高氟区奶、黄牛各 8头作对照,分别于试验的 0、30、83 d 采样,测定氟、血红蛋白和淋巴细胞转化试验,结果表明:高氟对照黄牛血红蛋白含量和淋巴细胞转化率显著降低(p< 0.01),高氟加硒黄牛淋巴细胞转化率第83 d 显著升高(p< 0.01),高氟加硒铜镁组黄牛淋巴细胞转化率于试验的30 d 时就已明显升高(p< 0.05),并一直维持到试验结束.结果提示:淋巴细胞转化率降低是黄牛氟性免疫损伤的机理之一,加硒或硒铜镁联合添加均能拮抗氟的毒性作用,提高机体免疫功能。 Thirty-two cows, which were selected from Ningxia Qingtongxia high fluoride area under natural condition, randomly divided into four groups with eight cows each, and supplement Se, Cu and Se+Cu+Mg. 8 beef cattle and 8 dairy cows were selected form non-high fluoride area as normal control groups. The samples collected on d0, 30 and 83, respectively. The cellular immunotoxicity of fluoride in cattle and the protective effect of selenium, copper and magnesium on the toxicity were tested. The results revealed that the hemoglobin concentration and lymphocyte transformation rate(LTR) of high fluoride group were significantly lower than that from non high fluoride area( p <0.01), the LTR in supplement Se group was significant high on d83( p <0.05), the LTR in supplement Se+Cu+Mg group was significant high on d30( p < 0.05 ), and maintained to the last, the results suggested that low LTR was one of the mechanism of fluoride immuno-injury. Supplementation selenium by single or together with selenium, copper and magnesium can antagonize fluoride toxic effect, and increase immunity.
