摘要
非甾体类抗炎药(Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)作为多模式镇痛的重要成分,主要用于围术期超前镇痛,加强阿片类药物的镇痛效果和减少阿片类药物的用量和不良反应。NSAIDs主要通过抑制环氧化酶、减少前列腺素等炎症介质的产生,起镇痛作用。本文对此进行综述。
NSAIDs,as one of the most important part of multimodal analgesia,are used in the management of post-operative analgesia in order to enhance the analgesia effect and reduce opioids requirement and the side effects derived from opioids. NSAIDs produce analgesia effect mainly by the inhibition of prostaglandins biosynthesis even when additional mechanisms participate.
