摘要
随着市场经济的发展和新一轮医疗改革的开展,我国的医学高等教育也随之变革与完善。临床医学生的法律教育就显得尤为重要。我们通过全面系统地调查长沙地区四所不同层次和类型的医学本科院校,结合国内其他医学院校的情况,对我国医学生法律教育的现状进行了阐述,探索当前国内临床医学生法律教育所存在的问题。
With the development of market economy and launched a new round of health care reform,medical education in China also changed and improved.Legal education for medical students is particularly important.Through a comprehensive and systematic investigation in four different medical schools in Changsha,combined with the situation in other medical schools in China,we represent China＇s legal education for medical students,and ex-plore the problems of current domestic legal education for medical students.
