摘要
在分析磨床床身低阶频率时考虑接触等非线性因素,提出了一种计算磨床床身非线性低阶频率的方法。以某磨床床身为例,将非线性频率与线性固有频率的计算结果进行对比分析,验证了该方法的可行性。将该方法应用于床身的结构优化中,成功地指导了床身的结构改进。
In this paper, a method for calculating nonlinear low frequency of grinder beds with contact boundary conditions is proposed. Taking a real grinder bed as an example, the new method has been described in detail, and its feasibility is verified by comparing the nonlinear and linear frequencies. Finally, the new method is successfully applied to improve the structure of the bed.
