摘要
以二苯并噻吩(DBT)为模型化合物,从火力发电厂周围的土壤和污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离得到一株能高效脱除有机硫的菌株S4,并对其进行了分子鉴定及脱硫活性的研究。应用PCR技术克隆到16S rDNA片段,核苷酸序列分析结果表明,该菌的16S rDNA的全序列与醋酸钙不动杆菌存在99%的同源性。该菌的最适脱硫温度为30℃,pH值为6~8,在此条件,该菌株对DBT的去除率可达到82%。
A desulfurizing stain S4 was isolated from the soil of power plant and active sludge of sewage treatment plant using bisbenzothiazole(DBT) as the model compound.To identify the species,16S rDNA of S4 was amplified by PCR and the PCR product was sequenced.BLAST sequences analysis showed that it had a 99% similarity to Acinetobacter calcoaceticus.The experimental results showed that the desulfurizing efficiency of 82% for strain S4 could be obtained under the optimal temperature of 30℃ and pH6-8.
