随着产业发展和产品的升级换代,根据市场需求,组织制定或修订适合产业发展的标准。标准的制订,需要拥有市场支配力的行业协会与技术专家指导并参与,有先进技术支持与统计数据为佐证,收集行业内相互竞争企业的意见与标准下游企业的意见,充分考虑公众健康、安全,考虑效率与成本收益以及知识产权等,开拓创新与国际接轨,才能制订出先进、合理、公正的标准,推动产业发展与升级。标准建立的过程也是行业技术交流的过程,标准的持续改进,应体现造纸脱水器材、造纸纺织品行业产业、产品水平的不断提升,从而促进脱水器材产业结构不断优化,产业素质与效率提高,技术水平与管理水平发展,适应世界自由贸易的竞争。
as the developing and the improving of papermaking fabrics, it is necessary to formulate trade standard according to the requirement of markets, which requires the industry association and technical experts to lead and participate, advanced technique supporting and statistical data to verify, collecting the opinions from the companies and the customers, considering the public healthy and safety, efficiency, manufacturing costs and intellectual property. Further exploration and adopting international practice will help formulating advanced, reasonable and fair trade standard, which can promote the improvement of the papermaking fabrics industry. The formulation of the trade standard will promote the technical communicating. The sustaining improvement of standard embodies continue rising of the papermaking fabrics industry and products. Thus the industry structure of the dewatering material keeps improving, and the level of technique and management are developing. All of these can promote the industry adapt to the free competition.
