摘要 依据JJF1159-2006《四级杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)校准规范》,利用国家规定的标准溶液GBW(E)130242(Be,In,Bi混合标液),校准了ICP-MS的检出限并对其不确定度进行了评定。 Based on JJF1159-2006 "Calibration Procedures of Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectromete(ICP-MS) ",the detection limits of ICP-MS are calibrated using the state standard solution GBW(E) 130242 containing Be,In and Bi elements,and the measurement uncertainty is evaluated.
