摘要
目的:评价定君生配合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法:选择正宁县周家计划生育服务所门诊诊断明确的老年性阴道炎患者60例,随机分成2组,研究组采用甲硝唑治疗后定君生巩固治疗,对照组单用甲硝唑治疗,观察治疗后有效率、复发率情况.结果:2组患者治疗有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05),复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:定君生配合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎疗效快,有利于恢复阴道微生态平衡,预防复发.
Objective：To investigate the clinical treatment significance and safety of Dingjunsheng combined with metronidazole in senile vaginitis. Methods： 60 patients were divided randomly into control and study groups）. Two groups were treated respectively by Din^unsheng combined with metronidazole and singlely metronidazole. Results： There was significantly difference in effective rate and relapse rate in two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of Dingjunsheng combined with metronidazole is a effective and uneasy replacement way in dealing within senile vaginitis, and help to restore the microbia balance in the vaginal.
