摘要
高校毕业生尤其是特殊群体毕业生"就业难"的问题已成为全社会关注的焦点问题。本文在分析当前大学生就业竞争中特殊群体毕业生所处的不利现状及其成因的基础上,从多方面对如何促进高校特殊群体毕业生顺利就业进行思考和探讨,并提出相应的解决对策。
The special group of college graduates,especially graduates of ＂difficult employment＂ has become the focus in the community.This article promote reflection and discussion based on various questions,and propose corresponding solutions based on the analysis of the current competition in the special group of students graduates from the disadvantaged situation and its causes.
