摘要
目的:通过对河北省34所医院108名医患调解人员进行心理测试,研究处理医疗纠纷对医患调解人员的心理影响,寻求干预策略。方法:采取问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方法。结果:处理医疗纠纷引起医患调解人员心理、行为、生理应激反应,严重影响了他们的身心健康。结论:通过对医患调解人员进行心理干预,有助于提高其工作积极性。
Objectives: Through a psychological test for 108 hospital patient dispute mediators in 34 hospitals in Hebei Province to find the psychological effects of resoling medical dispute. Methods: Questionnaire and in-depth interview were joint developed. Results: Stress reaction of psychological,behavioral and physiological was occurred when handling medical dispute and serious influenced their health. Conclusions: Psychological intervention can help improve doctor-patient mediators work motivation.
