摘要
复旦大学的各附属医院结合医院实际情况,制定实施方案,从加强急诊管理,及时救治急危重症患者;改善服务流程,增加便民措施,提高服务水平;规范临床护理服务,实施整体护理模式;落实患者安全目标,推动医疗质量持续改进;开展重大疾病规范化诊疗,减轻患者负担;加强投诉管理,积极推进医疗纠纷人民调解,构建和谐医患关系;开展医院信息公开,推进预约诊疗服务;改革医疗收费服务管理与医保结算服务管理,实现患者先诊疗后结算,医疗费用实时结算;加强精细化管理,缩短平均住院日,实施临床路径,探索单病种质量控制和单病种付费改革等九方面介绍了其方便群众看病就医的做法与成效。
Combined with current situations,affiliated hospitals to Fudan university implemented patient centered medical service mode. There have been 9 experiences during applying this mode. Firstly,emergency service and serious patient curing in time is considered to be strengthened. Secondly,service process,facilities for the convenience of the people and service capacity is to be improved. Thirdly,clinical nursing is standardized and integrated nursing is applied. Fourthly,patient safety objective is highlighted and medical quality continuous promotion is improved. Fifthly,standard diagnosis and treatment of major disease is developed and patient's disease burden is decreased. Sixthly,complain management and actively medical dispute intercession for building harmonious hospital patient relationship is strengthened. Seventhly,information disclosure and reservation service is improved. Eighthly,hospital and medical insurance settlement management is strengthened to assure real time settlement of medical expense. Ninthly,it is considered to strengthen lean management,shorten average length of stay,apply clinical pathway and explore single disease management control and single disease payment reform.
