摘要 通过对国内外各种套管头结构技术水平分析,结合冀东南堡油田1号人工岛井口槽钻井要求,按照简化操作程序,提高操作效率、操作可靠和安全的原则,对套管头的本体、悬挂器和密封组件的选型和优化设计进行了研究,设计出了外形尺寸小巧、操作简单,1个本体可以悬挂2级套管的新型一体式套管头。通过型式试验和现场使用表明,所设计的产品能够满足人工岛井口槽的钻井要求,提高工作效率,降低安全隐患。 Based on the analysis of variety of casing head structure for domestic and international technical level and Nanpu Oilfield, responding the first artificial island wellhead slot drilling request, in order to simplified procedures, improve operational efficiency, operational reliability and safety, make the research of the selection and optimization of casing head body, hanger and sealing components, the new integral casing head of compact dimensions, simple operation, two casing can be hung by one body been designed. Through the type testing and using by oilfield show that it has fully meet artificial island drilling slot wellhead requirements, while effectively improve work efficiency and reducing security risks.
