摘要 机器人化采煤设备是煤矿机械研究的重要方向,因此,基于逻辑机器人的概念,建立了一个由矿长、队长、操作工等机器人和可控设备组成的机器人化采煤设备系统模型,设计了一个网络化的机器人化采煤设备系统控制方案,该方案的通信主干线采用高速以太网连接,地面上有多台远程逻辑机器人,它们分别按各自的职责对远程设备进行操作,井下每台设备都有一个支持网络的本地机器人,直接对设备进行操作和控制。 A robotized coal mining equipment is an important direction of the coal mine machinery research.Based on the conception of the logic robot,a robotized coal mining equipment system model was established with the mine manager,team leader,operator,robot and controllable equipment.A control plan was designed for the network robotized coal mining equipment system.The high speed ethernet was applied to connect with the communication bus line of the plan.There would be several remote logic robots at the mine surface and based on each responsibility,the robots would operate the remote equipment.In the mine underground,each equipment would have a local robot to support the network and the robot could directly operate and control the equipment.
