摘要
应用动态挂片试验法研究了氟化稀土数量对镍基喷焊层耐蚀性能的影响,探讨了稀土影响喷焊层耐蚀性能的机理。加入适量的稀土可以促进金属表面钝化膜的形成,并能减少异质相的存在,因而能有效地提高喷焊层的耐蚀性能。稀土加入量过多时,异质相则重新形成与聚集,同时喷粉喷焊工艺性也变差,致使喷焊层的耐蚀性能降低。
The content of rare earth element has some effects on the erosion resistance of
nickel base spraying layers. The corresponding mechanism is studied with the spectroscopic
technique and scanning electron micrography. Adding proper amount of rare earth element can
accelerate the formation of passive film, and eliminate the heterogeneity in the spraying layers,
so the erosion resistance can be improved. Adding too much rare earth element, the erosion
resistance of spraying layers would be reduced because of the reformation and congregating of
heterogeneity and poor quality of spraying welding.
