锦16块是辽河油田高效开发的典型区块。该块为被断层夹持的南倾断鼻构造,岩性以厚层—块状砂砾岩和含细砾粗砂岩为主,油层单层最大厚度为20.8m,储集层孔隙度为29.1%,渗透率为2.201μm2,地层原油粘度为14.3mPa·s,天然能量小。1979年采用“早期内部注水,保持地层压力”的原则投入开发,以1.50%的采油速率稳产了16a。目前含水88.67%,已采出可采储量的77.02%,剩余可采储量采油速率为4.38%。1982年以来,为了改善开发效果,先后进行了3次大规模的综合调整。1982~1983年的第一次扩大分采区调整,扩大分采面积1.8km2,新动用储量1100×104t,布井38口,新增可采储量61×104t,提高采收率1.48%;1987~1989年的第二次细分层系调整将全块开发层系由2套增加为3套,改变原注水方式,布井41口,新增可采储量99×104t,提高采收率2.4%;1991~1992年的第三次加密完善井网调整,3套层系部署加密井27口,新增可采储量30×104t,提高采收率0.73%。锦16块的开发调整是一个成功的例子,认真总结分析加强油藏管理、改善开发效果、提高采收率的做法与经验,对?
Jin16 block is a
typical oil block effectively developed. This block is a southern plugged faulted
nose structure between two faults. Its lithology is characterized mainly by thick
sandy conglomerates and conglomeratic coarse sandstones with a maximum single
pay thickness of 20.8m. Porosity of the reservoir is 29.1% and its permeability
is 2.201m2 . Viscosity of subsurface oil is 14.3mPas and the natural reservoir
energy is rather weak. This field has been developed since 1979 by pressure
maintenance using early stage water flooding, and has been produced at a rate
of 1.5% of OOIP stable for 16 years. 77.02% of recoverable oil has been
produced, and current production rate is 4.38% of remaining recoverable oil, with
a current water cut of 88.67%. In order to the similar oil field development.
Analysis improve the development result 3 largescale comprehensive adjustments
have been carried out since 1982. The first adjustment was carried out in
19821983 by an enlargement of the area of zonal production. In this adjustment
the area of zonal production is increased by 1.8km2 with an increased working
reserves of 1100104t. 38 wells were drilled with an increased recoverable oil
reserve of 61104t and an increased recovery factor of 1.48%. Second adjustment
of sophisticated separatelayer production was curried out in 19871989. The number
of development layer groups was changed from 2 to 3 and the injection scheme
was changed accordingly. 41 new wells were drilled with an increased
recoverable reserve of 99104t equivalent to an increase of 2.4% in recovery
factor. The third adjustment was carried out in 19911992. By a modification of
the well network system, 27 wells were drilled to increase the recoverable
reserve by 30104t equivalent to an increase of recovery factor of 0.73%. The
development adjustment of Jin16 block is a successful example. A careful
summary and analysis of this example with good reservoir management and
modification of development results to enhance the oil recovery, such experiences
