摘要
深井和超深井钻井中普遍存在着机械钻速低、钻头用量大等问题,这在很大程度上归咎于所采用的钻井方式上。由于“转盘钻+牙轮钻头”限制了钻头转速的提高,影响了钻头单位时间内的切削次数,进而制约了钻速的提高,因此转换钻井方式,采用高转速的井下动力钻具配合高效钻头无疑是加快深井段钻速的主攻方向之一。据此,在青海油田冷科1井三个井段上进行了“螺杆钻具配合高效钻头”提高钻井效率的实验研究。第一次在3727m~3751m井段进行,进尺24m,平均机械钻速087m/h,比四开以后使用最好的牙轮钻头钻速提高2083%;第二次在3757m~3899m井段进行,进尺142m,平均机械钻速127m/h,比四开以后使用最好的牙轮钻头钻速提高7583%,进尺提高近3倍;第三次在4200m~4305m井段进行,进尺105m,平均机械钻速074m/h,比同等条件下的牙轮钻头钻速提高6087%。实验结果表明:使用井下动力钻具配合高效钻头不仅能够提高深部井段中的机械钻速,而且还可以大幅度提高单只钻头的进尺,从而达到提高钻井效率的目的。
Lower ROP and too more bits
used were existed when drilling deep wells and ultra-deep wells.For rotary drilling,with cone
bits,due to the lower rotary speed,the bit cutting frequency is lower,resulting in lower
ROP.Therefore,no doubt,it's necessary to use high rpm motors and high efficiency bits to
increase ROP of deep section in a well. Three tests were conducted on improving drilling
efficiency by utilizing combination of positive displacement motor(PDM) and high quality bit in
well Lengke-1 in Qinghai Oilfield in 1997.For the first test,the well was drilled from 3727 meters
to 3751 meters,with total footage of 24 meters,and the average rate of penetration came to 0
87m/s,which was 20 83% higher than using the best bit under rotary drilling in 81/2 inch
borehole.The second test was conducted from 3757 to 3899 meters,having footage of 142
meters,and the ROP is 1 27m/s,which is 75 83% higher than using the best bit under rotary
mode.While for the third one,the well was drilled from 4200 meters to 4305 meters,drilling
footage reaching 105 meters,and the ROP is 0 74m/s,which is 60 87% higher than using the
cone bit under same situation. Test results show that application of downhole motor with high
performance bit can not only increase ROP,but also increase the footage of single bit.If
bits,formation and downhole motors are proper,and other parameters are suitable too,the ROP
can be increased further.
