摘要
通过添加不同含量的Cr元素对Al-Cu系铸造铝合金进行力学性能和腐蚀性能的研究。结果表明:在H+、Cl-和SO42-共同作用下,Cr元素能使铝合金的自腐蚀电位向正方向移动,钝化电流密度向下偏移,能提高铝合金的耐蚀性能。当Cr含量达到0.15wt%时,铝合金的耐酸雨腐蚀性能最好,抗拉强度达到最大值374.28MPa,伸长率为5.77%,试棒的综合腐蚀性能和力学性能最好。
The mechanical property and corrosion behavior of Al-Cu series cast aluminum alloy with different Cr content was studied.The results show that,under the H+,Cl-and SO42-,Cr can make the corrosion potential of aluminum alloy shift to the positive,the passive current density shift downward,and it can improve the corrosion resistance.When the Cr content reaches 0.15%,the corrosion resistance to acid rain is best,the tensile strength reaches the maximum 374.28 MPa and the elongation is 5.77%,the comprehensive corrosion resistance and mechanical properties is best.
