摘要
对TC4薄板激光焊接头特征点温度和焊缝微观组织进行了实验研究。结果表明,离焊缝中心越近的特征点峰值温度越高,升温和降温速率越快;焊缝宏观形貌呈锥形;熔合区为针状马氏体α′组成的网篮组织,不同晶粒内的网篮组织具有不同尺寸针状马氏体。热影响区组织为原始α+原始β+细小的针状α′马氏体。沿从母材区到熔合区方向,热影响区内原始α相晶粒先增大再减小直至消失,同时热影响区产生的针状马氏体尺寸不断增大。
Temperature and microstructure of laser welded joints of TC4 titanium alloy thin plate were studied.The results show that the closer to the weld center,the higher the peak temperatures of characteristic points,and the faster the heating rates and the cooling rates.The macromorphology of weld seam obtained from experimental is cone.Acicular martensite α′ forms basketweave microstructure in fusion zone.The basketweave microstructure has different dimensions in different grains.The microstructure of HAZ consists of original α,original β and tiny acicular martensite α′.From base metal zone to fusion zone,the dimensions of original α grains in HAZ increase firstly,and then decrease,disappear,while the dimensions of acicular martensite in HAZ increase continuously.
