摘要
以活性炭为原料,将其混入到丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯纺丝原液中,制备出含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维。利用这种吸附纤维对室内甲醛进行净化处理,取得了良好的去除效果,并通过实验探索出纤维去除甲醛的最优工艺条件。研究结果表明,在甲醛浓度不超过8mg/L、吸附温度为40℃、吸附pH为4时,该纤维对甲醛的去除率在95%以上,可见这种含活性炭的腈氯纶纤维在净化室内甲醛方面是较为实用的吸附材料。
The adsorbable AN-VDC copolymer fibers have been prepared by mixing activated carbon with AN-VDC copolymer.The performance of the fibers was investigated for treatment of formaldehyde at different conditions.At last,we find out the optimal fiber process conditions to remove formaldehyde.The best adsorption temperature was 40,pH was 4,the formaldehyde concentration was no more than 8mg/L.Under those conditions,the removal rate of formaldehyde was more than 95%.So the activated carbon-containing fibers are practical materials in purification of indoor air.
