摘要
介绍了华东理工大学研究开发的的先进过程控制技术(APC)在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2#乙烯装置老区裂解炉、乙烯精馏塔、丙烯精馏塔系统上的应用。应用结果表明,APC在乙烯装置上的实施,可以提高装置的控制水平,实现操作平稳、卡边控制,乙烯、丙烯损失也得到有效控制,达到增产增效目的。
The application of advanced process control (APC) technology developed by East China University of Science and Technology in cracking furnace, ethylene rectifying tower and propylene rectifying tower system in 2# ethylene unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited was introduced. Result showed that application of APC in ethylene unit could raise the control level of unit, realize stable operation and borderline control,in addition, the loss of ethylene and propylene was controlled effectively, which reached the goal of increasing output and efficiency.
