摘要
目的观察早期康复干预对急性脑梗死患者疗效的影响。方法 75例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,正常治疗对照组(35例)采用常规给药治疗,早期康复干预组(40例)在生命体征稳定、神经病学体征稳定48h后,在常规给药治疗的基础上开始康复训练、认知功能训练以及心理治疗。两组患者在治疗前和治疗30d后均采用简式Fugl-Meye(rFMA)运动评分、神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)和日常生活活动能力Barthel指数(BI)进行评定。结果两组患者治疗前的FMA评分、NDS评分、BI指数无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗30d后,常规治疗组的各项评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),康复干预组的FMA评分、NDS评分、BI指数明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且NDS评分差异显著(P<0.01)。结论早期康复干预可明显改善急性脑梗死患者的运动、神经功能以及日常生活能力的恢复,常规治疗加早期康复干预治疗,疗效更显著。
【Objective】To observe efficacy of early rehabilitation intervention on patients with acute cerebral infarction.【Methods】75 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The normal treatment of the control group （35 cases） was treated with conventional drug delivery,the early rehabilitation intervention group （40 cases） with stable vital signs and stable neurology signs were given rehabilitation training,cognitive training and psychological treatment based on the conventional drug delivery 48 h later.The simple style Fugl-Meyer （FMA） motor score,the clinical neurological deficit scores （NDS） and the activities of daily living （ADL） ability to Barthel Index （BI） were assessed before treatment and after treatment of 30 d with two groups of patients.【Results】Before treatment,the FMA score,NDS score,BI index were no significant difference （P 0.05） between the two groups.After treatment of 30 d,the score was no significant difference （P 0.05） compared with the normal treatment group,the FMA score,NDS score,BI index were significantly better than before treatment （P 0.05）,and the NDS score significantly different （P 0.01）.【Conclusion】Early rehabilitation intervention can significantly improve the movement,neurological function and recovery of activities of daily living of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Conventional therapy plus early rehabilitation intervention in treatment enhance the effect.
