摘要
采用模压成型工艺制备稻秸秆粉/聚丙烯木塑复合材料,利用万能电子试验机测试了复合材料的拉伸及弯曲性能,用冲击试验机测试了复合材料的冲击性能,用体视显微镜对复合材料的微观结构断面进行了观察。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH570处理稻秸秆粉是较好的处理方法,稻秸秆粉质量分数为50%,粒度为60目时,稻秸秆粉/PP复合材料综合力学性能较好。其复合材料表面微观结构光滑。
The straw-powder/PP composites were made by compression molding process.Mechanical properties of the composites were tested,such as tensile and flexural properties by universal material testing machine and impact property by impacting testing machine.The microstructure of cross section was observed by stereomicroscope.The result showed that straw-powder/PP composites with relatively good mechanical properties could be obtained if the straw-powder could be modified by silane coupling agent KH570.Mechanical properties of the composites will be better when the content of the straw-powder with 60 mesh is exactly 50% of gross weight.The microstructure surface of composites with 60 mesh straw-powder can be smooth.
