摘要
将微波技术用于煤炭脱硫研究,考查了不同煤种、粒径、试剂种类以及微波辐射条件对脱硫效果的影响,重点考查了硫铁矿硫的脱除效果。结果表明,微波脱硫速率快,脱硫率较高,反应条件温和,体系温度较低,脱硫后对煤炭性质基本无影响。
Microwave irradiation was introduced to promote desulfurization of coal. The influence factors were investigated including the coal varieties, particle size and the reagents. The efficiency of desulfurization of pyrites was mainly been studied. The results show that the reaction conditions are moderate with a relatively low system temperature and the qualities of coal could be maintained as well.
