摘要
目的:研究雪松松针的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术分离、纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从雪松松针95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十九烷醇-10(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)己酯(4)、(E)-1-O-对香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、5-p-trans-coumaroylguinic acid(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective :To study the chemical constituents from pine needles of Cedrus deodara. Methods :Chemical constituents were isolated from 95% ethanol extract by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results :The compounds were identified as 10-nonacosanol(1),dibutyl phthalate(2),protocatechuic acid(3),phthalic acid bis-(2-ethylhexyl)ester(4),(E)-1-O-p-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),5-p-trans-coumaroylguinic acid(6). Conclusion s:Compounds 1~6 are obtained from this genus for the first time.
