摘要 食品冷链物流系统协同指的是在食品从供应地向接收地的实体流动过程中,食品冷链物流系统各主体企业为保证食品始终处于维持其品质所必需的可控温度环境下,通过相互协作及信息和资源共享,来实现食品冷链各物流环节的无缝衔接,以达到保障食品安全提高食品物流效率与降低物流成本的目标。食品冷链物流系统协同对保证食品安全具有重要意义。食品冷链协同的过程可分为战略层协同、战术层协同和操作层协同三个阶段。本文基于食品冷链物流的特点,从组织、资源、信息三个方面研究该系统战略层的协同。
