摘要
采用二氯甲烷索氏抽提法对生产车间同一批次不同熟化期的涂布原纸进行抽提处理,利用红外光谱法和紫外分光光度法分别对抽提液进行了定性/定量分析测定,考察了涂布原纸Cobb值随时间的变化趋势。实验结果表明:纸页的二氯甲烷抽提物即为未反应的AKD;对照Cobb值变化趋势图,验证了紫外分光光度计法可以精确地定量测定涂布原纸中未反应AKD量,约为其添加量的50.7%。
The coating base paper was extracted with dichloromethance(DCM) from time to time,which was kept in a constant temperature and humidity room since it was produced.The extraction was made qualitative/quantitative analysis with Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and ultraviolet-visible(UV) spectrometer.At the same time,the changing trend of cobb values in AKD sized coating base paper was explored.The results showed that FT-IR of DCM extraction was accurately the residual AKD,and by comparison with the changing trend plot of the Cobb values,it could be found that the proportion of residual AKD to its additive dosage could be measured accurately with an ultraviolet-visible(UV) spectrophotometer(50.7%).
