摘要
旨在探讨锰的累积暴露水平与神经行为改变之间的剂量效应关系。对139名锰铁冶炼工人和93名电焊工人进行了研究。研究内容包括空气锰采样测定和神经行为功能测定;同时依据空气锰浓度和接触工龄计算出累积接触指数。相关分析发现神经行为功能改变与累积接触水平之间存在剂量效应关系。
The aim of this study was to assess the dose effect relationship between cumulative levels in workers exposed to manganese and changes of their neurobehavioral function.The subjects consisted of 139 workers from a ferromanganese alloy smelter and 93 electric welders from a mechanical factory.Air in the workplaces was sampled and its levels of manganese were determined,and function of neurobehavior of the workers were tested.Cumulative exposure indices were calculated based on the duration of exposed employment and air levels of manganese.Results of correlation analysis showed that there was dose effect relationship between cumulative exposure to manganese and changes in neurobehavioral function.
