大鼠子宫内膜异位症CD44的异常表达及意义

摘要 通过建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,应用免疫组织化学方法及图像分析技术,比较黏附分子CD44在子宫内膜异位症大鼠在位、异位内膜及正常大鼠子宫内膜中的表达强度,以探讨CD44在子宫内膜异位症大鼠的表达模式。结果表明,大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型组在位内膜腺上皮CD44的表达与对照组子宫内膜无显著性差异。子宫内膜异位症模型组大鼠异位内膜腺上皮CD44的表达显著高于同组的在位内膜和对照组子宫内膜。由此可知,CD44在异位内膜的异常表达与内异症的发病密切相关。本试验结果为子宫内膜异位症的发病机制提供理论依据。 To study the expression of CD44 in rat model with endometriosis, CD44 in normal, eutopic and ectopic endometria from rat model of endometriosis were examined by immunohistochemical study and image analysis. There was no difference between the eutopic endometrial epithelial cells from rats models of endometriosis and the normal control rats models. The epithelial cells of ectopic endometrium from rats models of endometriosis showed a significant higher CD44 expression than eutopic endometrium of endometriotic rats. The abnormal expression of CD44 in ectopic endometria might play a significant role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
