多辊轧机轧制力能参数计算系统开发及应用

Development and Application of System for Rolling Parameters Calculation on Strip Cluster Mills

摘要 在研究传统与现代的各种计算模型与方法的基础上,开发了针对4辊、6辊、8辊及20辊轧机等多种机型且适用于冷、热轧多种轧制形式的力能参数计算系统。系统中引入了轧制规程预设定、等功率校正、金属热轧、冷轧变形阻力数据库等模型。轧制力能参数预报精度大大提高。经过现场测试及使用,轧制力能参数预报精度误差为10%左右,对生产实践具有一定参考价值。概要介绍了该系统的开发、应用及效果。 Based on different conventional and modern models,a system has been developed on calculation of hot and cold rolling force and energy parameters which suitable for 4-high,6-high,8-high and 20-high strip rolling mills.The rolling schedule pre-set,equal power adjustment,metal deformational resistance database and other models for hot rolling and cold rolling has been adopted in this system.The prediction precision is enhanced greatly.Through a number of tests and applications,it is proved that the maximum deviation of rolling force and power prediction is about 10%,whose result producted certain reference instruction function to practice.The development,applications and effects of the system are introduced in the paper.
