Simulation and Analysis of Accelerated Controlled Cooling of Plate

摘要 通过有限差分法对中厚板轧后控制冷却温度场进行模拟,得到钢板在整个控冷阶段的瞬态温度分布和温降速度分布,为均匀化冷却速度,制定合理控冷工艺提供实践指导。 In this paper,finite difference method is adapted to simulate accelerated controlled cooling of plate,and the transient temperature distribution and cooling speed of plate after rolling is obtained.It can be a good guidance for the homogenization of temperature drop speed and to make reasonable controlled cooling process.
