摘要
对红富士苹果采后呼吸强度、内源乙烯含量、细胞间隙CO2浓度以及果实对外源乙烯反应进行的研究表明:红富士苹果采后呼吸作用水平低,呼吸峰出现时间晚,峰值低;内源乙烯含量水平低,乙烯峰值出现时间晚,峰值小;对外源乙烯刺激不太敏感;细胞间隙CO2浓度与环境CO2浓度比值高,并随贮期延长而增大,表现出独特的采后生理特点。
Results from the study on respiration intensity, internal ethylene content, intercellular CO 2 concentration and the response to external ethylene of “Red Fuji” apples showed: both the postharvest respiration level and the respiration peak value were lower, and the respiration peak occured late; both the internal ethylene content and ethylene peak also were lower; “Red Fuji” apples were not quite sensitive to external ethylene; the ratio of intercellular CO 2 concentration to environmental CO 2, increased with the prolong of the storage time, was high, those results indicated that the 'Red Fuji' apples had a unique postharvest physiology characterics.
