认为血瘀是痛风性关节炎病机关键。主要病机为湿、热、痰、瘀。指出:中医药在抑制尿酸合成,减少并发症的发生,控制病情有一定优势。综述痛风的研究进展。
That blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of gouty arthritis. Summary of Progress of gout, said ： inhibition of uric acid in the synthesis of Zhuang medicine, reduce complications, control of the disease have certain advantages. The main pathogenesis is wet, heat, phlegm, blood stasis.
