摘要
采用铝工业废渣赤泥处理高浓度含磷废水,考察了初始pH值、赤泥投加量和反应时间的除磷效果。结果表明,在初始pH值为2左右、赤泥投加量为9g/L、接触时间15min的条件下,磷的去除率可以达到97%,其作用机理主要是发生了化学反应的结果。本研究为赤泥作为高浓度含磷废水的除磷处理剂提供了一定的理论和实践意义。
Red mud,a waste residue of alumina refinery,was applied to develop effective adsorbents to remove high concentration phosphate from aqueous solution.Influences of various factors,such as initial pH,reaction time and red mud dosage,on the phosphorus removal efficiency were investigated.Results showed that the phosphorus removal efficiency could be achieved to 97% under optimal conditions with red mud dosage of 9 g/L at about pH 2 within 15 min.The adsorption mechanism of red mud was analyzed and discussed.The present work is of certain theoretical and practical significance for high concentration phosphorus removal from wastewater.
