摘要
目的 :用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸哌替啶制剂的含量。方法 :利用碘与生物碱在二氯乙烷中形成电荷转移络合物的原理 ,在紫外 2 4 4nm波长处测定盐酸哌替啶片及注射液的含量。结果 :本法测定注射液和片剂的回收率分别为 99.91 %± 0 .4 3 %和 1 0 0 .3 %± 0 .61 % ,用该法测定市售样品 6批 ,经与药典法比较 ,结果一致。结论 :本法具有操作方便、简单、灵敏、快速的特点 ,测定结果可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:Introduce spectrophotometry method for quantitative determination of pethidine hydrochloride.METHODS:Pethidine hydrochloride reacted with iodine in dichloroethane to form a stable complex,it can be quantitatively determined by UV spectrophotometric method at 244nm after treatment with iodine solution at 50℃ for 10 minutes.There is a linear range from 2.4~24.0mg/ml(r=0.9998).RESULTS:The average recoveries of injections and tablets were 99.91%±0.43% and 100.3%±0.61% respectively.The method provided results consistent with those obtained from the assay defined in the Chinese pharmacopeia(1995 edition) for six batches of samples.CONCLUSION:This method is accurate and convenient.It may be used to determine the contents of pethidine hydrochloride preparations.
