摘要
对于模糊决策环境下的绿色供应商选择问题,提出了一种方案的属性评价信息和属性权重均以模糊语言形式给出的多属性决策方法。首先,定义了模糊语言评估标度并给出了其相应的梯形模糊数表达形式。其次,利用连续区间数据OWA(COWA)算子,把梯形模糊数转化为精确实数,得到方案的排序向量,并且给出了方案排序的敏感性分析方法。最后通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
This paper studies the problem for choosing green supplier under fuzzy linguistic decision-making and proposes a multiattribute decision-making method in which attribute assessments and attribute weights is given in the forms of fuzzy linguistic assessments. Firstly, we define a scale of fuzzy linguistic assessments and give the corresponding representation of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Secondly, we turn trapezoidal fuzzy numbers into precise numbers by continuous ordered weighted averaging (COWA) operator and make sensitive analysis. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
