摘要
目的:研究陈皮中橙皮苷最佳提取方法。方法:以橙皮苷含量为指标,用不同溶剂(纯化水、不同pH碱水溶液和不同浓度乙醇)、不同方式(微波和常规方法)提取陈皮中的橙皮苷,确定最佳的提取方法。结果:采用75%乙醇溶液作为溶剂结合微波法提取陈皮中橙皮苷收率最高,达2.586%。结论:此法稳定有效,收率高。
Objective： To optimize the extraction process of hesperidin from pericarpium eitri reticulatae. Method： The extraction rate of hesperidin was used as an assessment index, the optimum extraction process was determined by the different extraction solvent （pure water, alkali-water with different pH and ethanol with different concentration） and method （microwave and regular）were studied. Result： The highest extraction rate of hesperidin were 2. 586% with the solvent of 75% ethanol and method of microwave. Conclusion： The optimum process is convenient and stable, with high yield of effective ingredients.
