摘要
目的:调研细菌耐药性与抗菌药临床应用的相关性。方法:从本院2007~2009年药库管理记录与细菌室检出细菌耐药情况进行统计分析。结果:抗菌药的使用频度(DDDs)逐年下降,3年总的降幅为16.43%;DDDs保持前4位的是头孢菌素类、β-内酰胺类抗生素的复方制剂、青霉素类及喹诺酮类病原菌的耐药率变化与抗菌药的DDDs密切相关。结论:依患者病原菌动态变化,合理选用抗菌药,能使细菌耐药性降低,达到提高合理用药和治疗水平的目的。
Objective: To Investigation the correlation of drug resistance of bacterial and the clinical application of antimicrobial agents. Method: The pharmacy management records and detected bacteria resistant were statistical analyzed from 2007-2009 in our hospital. Result: The frequency of use antimicrobial drugs (DDDs)was decreased, Three years drop was 16.43%. DDDs maintain 4 digit was Cephaloridine, β-lactamase-producing antibiotics of Compound preparations, Penicillin and Quinolone,The pathogen and the antimicrobial resistant DDDs was closely related. Conclusion : According to the dynamic changes in patients with reasonable choice of pathogens, reasonable choose antimicrobial agents can reduced bacteria resistant to enhance the rational drug use and treatment level.
