摘要
选用1月龄ICR品系小鼠,随机分成4组,分别饮用1mg/L(低氟组)、5mg/L(中氟组)、10mg/L(高氟组)的氟化钠溶液和蒸馏水(对照组),8周后用开场行为和Y-迷宫模型观察慢性氟中毒对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响;10周后检测氟中毒对小鼠运动耐力的影响。结果表明:(1)中氟组和高氟组小鼠后腿站立次数和移动格数均少于对照组和低氟组,且以高氟组的变化最大;(2)随着氟浓度的增大,小鼠的学习能力明显下降(P<0.05,高氟组与对照组相比),而对记忆保持力却无显著影响;(3)运动耐力测定时,在水中淹死的时间中氟组和高氟组比低氟组低得多(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结果提示。
Selected 1 month old ICR strain of mice,were divided into four groups at random,then given by 1mg/L,5mg/L and 10mg/L NaF solution and distilled water(control group)respectively.Eight weeks later,the influences of fluorosis on the capablity of learning memory behavior of mice were assessed by using open field and Y maze;10 weeks later,the influence of fluorosis on the physical stamina of mice were investigated.The results showed:(1)the number of rearing and ambulation in middle and hight fluoride groups were lowere than control and low fluoride group,the most fluoride groups variety was the high;(2)with fluoride density increasing,learning ability of mice presented marked deterioration(P<0 05,compared hight fluoride group with control group),fluorosis had no significant effect on memory retention;(3)in the physical stamina swimming,the middle and hight fluoride groups drowned after a shorter period of time than the low fluoride(P<0 05 and P<0 01).All the results suggest that fluorosis had significant influences on the some open field behavior,the capacity of learning and physical stamina of mice.
