1542例儿童全血中6种微量元素参考值的调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过对正常儿童全血微量元素值进行分析和归纳总结,建立儿童全血6种微量元素参考值,并分析其与年龄、性别的相关性。方法:1542例健康儿童(男977例,女565例),按照年龄分为4组,采用原子吸收光谱法分别测定其指血中Pb、Zn、Cu、Mg、Ca、Fe的浓度值。然后用SPSS11.5软件进行统计处理,以研究其随年龄、性别的变化而变化规律。结果:各项指标皆与国内外报道的结果相近似,检测的6项指标均不存在显著的性别间差异。结论:铅和钙则呈年龄相关性;血铅值随着年龄的增加而升高,呈正相关;血钙值随着年龄的增长而降低,呈负相关;血铜、铁、锌含量不存在显著年龄相关性。建议各地区建立本地区微量元素参考值。 Objective:To establish the database of normal value of trace elements in whole blood of children and to analyze the correction between trace elements and age or sex. Methods: All 1542 samples (977male and 565female) were divided into 4 groups according to the age. Then atomic absorption spectrum (AAS) was applied to detect the concentration of Mg,Cu, Zn, Ca, Pb and Fe of the samples. Finally, data were analyzed by using statistic method to reveal the trend of concentration alternation of trace elements with the change of of age and sex. Results: All individuals results are closely similar to those reported before. They have no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion: Pb and Ca are highly relevant to age. The Pb concentration increased with enhance of age while Ca opposite. Cu, Fe and Zn have no significant relevance to age. Recommended the establishment of the regional trace element reference values in this region.
